Want to relax and learn Mindfulness at the same time?
Come for 'Joy in Mindfulness' where we practise Mindfulness while walking in the nature! As we stroll past the lush greenary, we become present to the sounds of bird chirping, smell of the flowers, and to our emotions and our thoughts. With improved awareness of our mind, we can better appreciate the pleasures of life.
For those who are shy, fret not! There will be facilitated discussions to make friends-making a breeze! The facilitators will also guide you through the journey of Mindfulness so that we can all have a fruitful session!
